2. What data we collect

Only your email address, when you voluntarily enter it in the form to claim the day's finding. We don't collect your name, phone number or any other personal data.

3. What we use it for

To manage your 7-day cycle of findings (knowing which day you're on and which product is yours), to send you that cycle's emails and, unless you unsubscribe, the ChinaEarly newsletter and the notice that subscriptions have opened. Nothing else.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you enter your email and press the claim button. You can withdraw it at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us).

5. Who else processes your data

Providers acting as data processors: the email platform (Beehiiv Inc.), the payment gateway if you take out a subscription (Stripe, Inc.) and the server hosting provider. We don't sell or share your email with third parties.

6. How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or request its deletion.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to contact@chinaearly.com and we'll resolve it. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We only use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your email and show you your day in the cycle when you return — a purely technical use you can clear by clearing your browser data.
