1. Who provides the service

2. What you're contracting
ChinaEarly is an information service: periodic reports on products detected in the Chinese market with a market gap in Europe. We don't sell physical products, we don't handle imports and we're not a purchasing intermediary.
3. Plans and prices
Founding access to El Observatorio — €99/month, renewable monthly subscription. The price stays locked while you keep the subscription active, and it's cancellable at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
Exclusive investigation — from €4,900, individual quote, assigned to a single buyer per product and territory.
Prices include applicable taxes. Payment is processed through Stripe.
4. Right of withdrawal and guarantee
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase. As this is digital content, if you access the paid content before those 14 days are up, you expressly consent to the start of performance and accept the loss of the right of withdrawal over the content already delivered, under art. 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Regardless of that legal right, we offer a voluntary commercial guarantee: if the first report isn't useful to you, we refund the full amount within the first 7 days, no explanations.
5. What this service is NOT
The information in the reports is prepared with data verifiable at the time of publication, but does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice, and does not guarantee any commercial outcome. Importing and selling products carries risks (competition, regulation, CE certification, customs, demand) that are the sole responsibility of whoever makes the business decision.
6. Liability
We commit to delivering the reports with the diligence and rigor described on the site. We're not liable for business decisions made from the information, nor for market changes after each report is published.
7. Unsubscribe and cancellation
You can cancel founding access from the payment portal (Stripe) or by writing to us. Unsubscribing from the free newsletter is available in the footer of every email.
8. Governing law
Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the consumer's domicile.
